Take That Tribute Band Joins Campaign to Release Lost Track
10 July 2025

We’re pleased to see continued interest in Falling for You Girl, the long-lost 1992 Take That recording produced and co-written by Ian Levine.
In a new article, The Sun reports that leading tribute act Take That Experience have added their support to the growing call for the track’s release — and even expressed interest in performing the song themselves if it remains unavailable.
Marc Dillon, who performs as Robbie Williams, told The Sun: “We read about Falling For You Girl in The Sun’s exclusive and couldn’t believe it – a genuine lost hit. Everyone in the band has signed the petition and we’re asking all Take That fans to.”
The song, which features Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow sharing lead vocals for the first time, was shelved due to label changes and has never been officially released.
Following One Media’s acquisition of Ian Levine’s composer income rights in 2021, the track was rediscovered. We believe it’s a strong piece of Take That history that deserves to be heard.
